The Hachi DAO is the decentralized governance of the HachiAI metaverse. All holders of the MEMEHA token will be considered members of the DAO.

With MEMEHA token, holders are empowered to

• Vote on strategic decisions around future game features, mechanics or partnership integrations.

• Review annual budgets, financial reports and oversee audits to maintain fiscal transparency.

• Propose and vote on proposed grants from a fixed percentage of revenues allocated to a community development fund.

• Maintain an organizational constitution and repository of key intellectual property and contracts on-chain for maximum transparency and security.

• Electe product, engineering and community leaders on a periodic basis through on-chain voting.

• Discuss, propose and ratify major protocol upgrades such as economic model adjustments or new token launches.

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight of charitable activities and foundation expenditures to optimize community benefits.
